Inspired by the infinite diversity of the potato and out of love for the catering trade and craftsmanship, Frites Atelier was founded with one aim: to prepare beautiful, tasty chips with sensational toppings for you! Because in our eyes, nothing beats a tasty fry with a matching sauce. The Dutch chef and entrepreneur Sergio Herman is known for his flawless sense of beauty and his love for Zeeland products. In spite of his constant desire for innovation, classic cuisine always forms the basis of his creations. Besides his restaurants The Jane** in Antwerp, Pure C**, Airrepublic* and Blueness in Cadzand, he became co-owner of Frites Atelier with which he gave himself a new challenge: fries.
