Mr Sammi's welcomes you to its trendy bistro bar for a delicious lunch, dinner or great cocktail. Enjoy a wide range of fresh seafood in style, or one of the many vegetarian and vegan options.

Is the weather nice? Then go to Strandbar Bruis and IJsalon Clevers, beautifully situated by the water, and enjoy the view.

Housed in an old factory on the edge of the historic town centre of Roermond, Michelin-starred Restaurant One is the place to be for a true fine-dining experience. The historic building has been transformed into one of the best-rated restaurants in the area. Indulge yourself with one of the 6-8 course menus, loved by locals and tourists alike, or choose a delicious dish from the a la carte menu. Whatever you choose, we recommend you start your meal with one of Bethany's signature cocktails.

Restaurant Het Gerecht is also a tip for those who like it warm, intimate and personal. French cuisine with worldly flavours. But there is also a nice wine list. Owners Cederik and Ellis have recently started their own wine and gin.
