VIP PASS: for a supplement of €33, it includes priority boarding, access to the exclusive Guest Lounge of Serravalle Designer Outlet, the Fashion Passport (the card for an additional 10% discount on Outlet prices*) and the Shopping Bag Drop-Off. With this service you can take your purchases to the store at the Guest Services and pick them up comfortably at the end of your shopping day! The package can be purchased with ZANI VIAGGI on trips #1, #2, #4, #6.

PREMIUM SHOPPING PASS: for a supplement of €18, it includes the Fashion Passport (the card for an additional 10% discount on Outlet prices*), an Italian Aperitif at the Le Dolci Terre concept store in the Centre, the Hands Free Shopping service. With this service you can leave your purchases in the shops and conveniently pick them up at the Guest Services at the end of your shopping day! The package can be purchased with Autostradale Viaggi on journeys #3 and #5.

Serravalle Designer Outlet LINK the new package TRAIN + BUS service, in partnership with Trenitalia, allows you to purchase, in one single transaction, the train and bus ticket combined from Serravalle Scrivia, Arquata Scrivia and Novi Ligure railway stations to Serravalle Designer Outlet.
Visit the Trenitalia website or app (www.trenitalia.com) and find «SERRAVALLE OUTLET» among the stations of arrival or departure. You will then be shown the best result for your journey with a combination of train + bus to get to the Centre, and a one way or return ticket available.

For bus transfer only, from/to Serravalle Scrivia, Arquata Scrivia and Novi Ligure railway stations, ticket is purchased on board, € 2 per person one way. Free for children up to 12 years and senior over 65s.

Serravalle is well connected by car to Genoa airport (50 km - 45 minutes), Milan Linate (107 km - 60 minutes), Milan Malpensa (140 km - 90 minutes).
