Your four-legged friends are also welcome in the Designer Outlet Ochtrup. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please note that there are stores and restaurants within the center that might apply a no-entry policy.
We reccomend our dog buggies for smaller dogs. These can be borrowed for free from Guest Service in exchange for a deposit.
If you don't want to take your dog with you in the center, we have lockable kennel boxes available, in the East parking lot. There are also dog bowls and water available.

There are 1,500 free parking spaces around the Designer Outlet Ochtrup. Disabled parking spaces are available in the car parks Nord 1, Ost and West.

You can browse the internet free of charge throughout the Centre, with the “_Ochtrup Free WiFi” network. Register to start browsing freely.

We want to make the shopping trip as easy as possible, even for our youngest guests. Most of our Restrooms are equipped with baby changing facilities.

And at our Guest Service you will find a breastfeeding room where mothers can take care of our youngest guests comfortably and in complete peace. The toilet facilities near Sigikid also have another breastfeeding option.

The Centre is equipped with accessable toilets and dedicated facilities for wheelchair users. You can borrow a wheelchair from Guest Service for free (a deposit is required).

Umbrellas are available free of charge for the duration of your visit. Available at the East entrance or from Guest Service.

Unfortunately E-car charging is currently not possible. We are working on an solution.

For our sporty guests, E-Bike changing stations are situated next to the Beltman's Restaurant terrace.

Store your valuables safely in a locker. These are available at Guest Service free of charge.

Surprise your loved ones with a Gift Card from Designer Outlet Ochtrup. Our Gift Cards are valid in all stores and restaurants of the Designer Outlet Ochtrup and can be purchased with any value between €5,- and €500,-. They can be purchased online or at Guest Service. Shipment within Germany and the Netherlands is free of charge.
For purchaces from Guest Service we can also offer you a lovely gift box for your Gift Card.

You want to take the train, but don't want to carry your well-filled shopping bags to the station on foot? No problem. Our Guest Service Team will be happy to organise a taxi for you.

 

A shopping trip with our Kids Cabs is a real adventure for the little ones.

Our cars can be rented from Guest Service for only € 3 / day (and a deposit for the key). Children from 12 months and with a height of at least 80 cm can use our cool cabs.
